His Role: He is the musician responsible for playing all music during our 10:30 a.m. Traditional worship service. He plays our grand piano to accompany our exceptional choir in their singing of inspirational songs of praise and worship, known as anthems. The two anthems each Sunday provide music ministry to enhance our worship experience. He is also blessed to play an amazing Phoenix digital organ with sound sampling technology, to bring congregational hymns to life, with singing leadership from the choir.
How long at Grace: He has been pianist/organist for Grace’s 10:30 a.m. worship service since September 2008.
One thing most people don’t know about him: Most people don’t know that he can also play guitar and drums.
A few of his favourite things: He enjoys cycling, kayaking in the summer and Cross-Country Skiing in the winter. He enjoys listening to music of many genres and when he has the opportunity, he attends live concerts, particularly jazz, small ensembles and classical concertos.
